Public transport in Porta Ticinese

While the neighborhood itself doesn’t have metro stations within its immediate boundaries, it is very close to several stops, such as Porta Genova (Line 2, green) and Duomo (Lines 1 and 3, red and yellow), which are easily accessible. Bus: Milan has more than 80 day bus lines and 15 night bus lines. Night bus tickets can be purchased directly on the bus, while day bus tickets must be purchased in advance at metro stops, kiosks or tobacconists.
Tram: Milan has 18 tram lines through which trams numbered 1 to 33 pass. In the same way as with the metro, tickets can be purchased at the metro stops themselves, at kiosks and at tobacconists. The tram's operating hours are from 05:00 to 2:30.
